TOEFL is the abbreviation for: Test of English as a Foreign Language. It is designed to measure your English proficiency when English is not your first language. This course is for student-athletes from non-English speaking countries.
The TOEFL is necessary for student-athletes to be accepted into colleges and universities. The test proves that you can study and learn at the college level using your English skills. Your TOEFL score is used to determine your eligibility to receive a scholarship offer.
The TOFEL exam has 4 sections: reading, listening, writing and speaking. All four sections are timed. All questions are multiple choice questions. You can find more information on TOEFL Content here. Players who will taking the exam will do so at Binghamton University on the specific test date given to them by the Teacher.
