AAUCONNECT.COM offers training for basketball players who have finished the season and are looking for somewhere to: train hard in the weight-room, on the court and, to focus and work on what needs to get done before next season starts.

 OFF SEASON TRAINING IS ABOUT IMPROVING YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL ⇒  

If you are a basketball player who is looking to achieve any of the following, our off season training program is a good option for you:

  1. Further development of your game

  2. Play college basketball

  3. Improve during the summer before college starts up again

  4. Play Pro

We will work closely with you on a daily basis and evaluate your strengths and areas you want to improve on. Having access to the right trainers who know how to get you there is important and that is why we off off season training. Having access to coaches and trainers who can watch your every movement, spot something that you may have missed on your own is vital if you want to improve your game.

Our off season training program offers you a lot! It’s a personal investment into developing your game and yourself as an athlete as you continue to strive to become the greatest basketball player you can be.

 OFF SEASON TRAINING PLAYER ACCOMMODATION⇒  

We want you to enjoy your time with us and our choice of living situation reflects this. You’ll stay in a 2 bedroom apartment with other athletes. The apartment is of high quality with your own bed, a shared living-room space, wifi, T.V. and a kitchen.  You are able to access grocery stores easily if you prefer to cook your own meals, alternatively, there are plenty of food places to choose from in the area so that you can dine out or order take out if you prefer.

 OFF SEASON TRAINING MEAL PLAN⇒  

During off season training we include a meal plan that runs Monday through Friday.This is a typical weeks menu at off season training:

Breakfast is part of our weekly meal plan and offers a wide selection of typical breakfast options to choose from. These include: A selection of cereals with milk, bagels with the choice of cream cheese/peanut-butter/jelly, a selection of yogurts, fruit juice, granola bars and fresh fruit.
